The proper Hogwarts dessert. Golden syrup + breadcrumbs + lemon, with a cornflake topping for crunch. Quick to make once the pastry's chilled.

Notes
- Golden syrup: not interchangeable with honey or maple. Lyle's is the canonical brand. Karo claro (light corn syrup) is the closest BR sub but slightly less rich — add 1 tbsp brown sugar to compensate.
- Why cornflakes? Lisa Faulkner's signature — they go pleasantly crunchy on top, contrast with the chewy filling. Skip and you get the classic plain version (still good).
- Shortcrust shortcut: massa folhada (puff) won't work — too flaky for the wet filling. Stick with shortcrust.
- Serving: vanilla ice cream (no-churn version we already have), or creme inglês, or a dollop of cold cream.
- Freezer: baked tart freezes 1 month. Defrost wrapped at room temp 2 hr; warm in oven 5 min if desired.
