Foil pack of potatoes on the grill alongside other things.

Result

Needs more time than I was giving them.

Next time

• At least 1 hour minimum — don’t pull early.
• If the grill is going for a long session anyway (e.g. a 90+ min meat cook), put the pack on at the same time as the meat goes down.
